This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Collaborate with key clients to comprehend and assist in achieving their business objectives, cybersecurity strategies, and desired results.
• Develop strategies and roadmaps to enhance cyber workforce resilience through a structured approach.
• Interact with C-level executives, technical cybersecurity experts, and major business lines by delivering regular Executive Business Reviews.
• Utilize your cybersecurity expertise to suggest suitable enhancements to existing programs and propose new initiatives.
• Promote the adoption of the Immersive Labs Platform to maximize its value.
• Engage with the cybersecurity community to stay updated on emerging threats, trends, and technological advancements.
• Work in partnership with product, content, and engineering teams to represent customer interests and drive product innovation.
• Assist customers in integrating and operationalizing Immersive Labs within their cybersecurity frameworks sustainably, using platform metrics, custom reports, and insights to highlight the value created throughout the process.
• Act as a primary contact and escalation point between sales, product leadership, and client accounts, serving as the first resource for sales teams to address inquiries related to service delivery within your accounts.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager (CSM) to provide Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to clients, delivering executive-level reports and insights that foster long-term account health and expansion opportunities.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an information security practitioner or consulting role, along with experience in a Customer Success or similar position.
• Significant experience in client-facing roles, having consulted and presented to both C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in IT fundamentals, including computer hardware/software, databases, networking, security, and software development.
• In-depth knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliance, and standards. You should be an engaging speaker, able to articulate value and discuss technical topics in a clear, jargon-free manner.
• Practical experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, security tools (such as IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, SIEM), and public cloud environments.
• Proven experience in leading technical presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Cyber Security or Computer Science is preferred.
