Head of Security Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of the business plan established by senior management and ensure the effective implementation of the operational program within the organizational unit.

• Lead a team of self-sufficient employees.

• Assume accountability for the performance of the team.

• Manage financial planning for the assigned team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Proficient in English.

• Knowledge of German is a plus.

• Experience in team management and coordination is beneficial.

• Background in managed security applications.

• Eagerness to take on responsibility.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Capability to perform under pressure, including during security incidents.

• Strong methodological and analytical skills.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and approach.
