Cyber Security Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Delivering tier 2 and 3 support to our clients, engaging with our threat research team, and collaborating with threat researchers and data scientists to rigorously assess our detection engine on a daily basis.

• Evaluating extensive web traffic data sets (spanning over 100 billion documents) to pinpoint and obstruct malicious traffic.

• Enhancing support by examining past attacks to fortify our detection capabilities!

• Partnering with threat researchers to test and refine the capabilities of the DataDome real-time detection engine.

• Developing automated scripts to identify outliers in our global traffic.

• Detecting potential attacks and incorporating new alerts into our detection platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is necessary.

• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (preferably Python) to automate analysis and detection activities.

• A genuine passion for data, security, and the mitigation of automated attacks.

• Expertise in network or web infrastructure (including HTML, HTTP, CDN, DNS, IPv4/IPv6, cookies).

• Proficient in at least one database language: MySQL/NoSQL/ElasticSearch.
