This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Act as the trusted advisor for your customers in the realm of cyber risk. Your role will involve simplifying complex vulnerabilities, articulating real-world attack scenarios, and guiding customers towards effective cyber risk mitigation strategies.
• Conduct Cyber Risk Advisory Sessions with clients where you contextualize and prioritize vulnerability and exposure findings, cyber risk trends, and the overall security posture, aiming to enable favorable security outcomes for your customers.
• Offer prioritized, context-based recommendations for cyber risk remediation, assisting customers in focusing on vulnerabilities that are most likely to be exploited by threat actors.
• Aid in the monitoring of customer environments for critical vulnerabilities, exposures, and emerging threats, providing escalation and guidance for timely remediation.
• Ensure that our Managed Risk service leads to measurable reductions in the overall attack surface of your customers.
• Establish and maintain professional, trust-based relationships with clients.
• Continuously enhance your skills through mentorship and practical experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in cybersecurity or related fields in IT.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking concepts including routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, and remote access technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of vulnerability management, attack surface management (reduction), and established security frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO, etc.).
• Practical experience with EASM/IASM tools, vulnerability scanning platforms, and remediation workflows.
• Exceptional communication and advisory abilities, capable of simplifying technical findings for executives while engaging deeply with technical teams.
• Demonstrated skill in prioritizing and managing multiple customer relationships, balancing consultative support with prompt escalation of critical risks.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a commitment to helping customers lower their overall cyber risk.
