Cyber Resilience Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with key clients to comprehend and assist in achieving their cybersecurity goals, initiatives, and desired outcomes, thereby enhancing resilience.

• Develop strategies and initiatives aimed at boosting cyber resilience through a structured programmatic approach utilizing our methodology and diverse CRT offerings and deliverables.

• Engage with cybersecurity stakeholders at all levels within the customer organizations, including C-level executives, technical cybersecurity experts, and major supporting business units.

• Utilize your operational and technical cybersecurity expertise to recommend and implement suitable enhancements to existing or new programs.

• Promote the adoption of the Immersive software to maximize its value.

• Deeply engage with the cybersecurity community to stay updated on emerging threats, trends, and technological advancements.

• Collaborate with internal Immersive teams as the customer advocate and representative of the CRT to foster product innovation and content creation.

• Assist clients in sustainably integrating and operationalizing the Immersive Platform into their cybersecurity frameworks.

• Employ comprehensive statistical analysis with platform metrics to provide intelligence and insights regarding customer capabilities, cyber readiness, and responsiveness.

• Create customized reports and insights that include narratives and recommendations to highlight the value generated and enhance capability and resilience within the customer organization.

• Work alongside the Customer Success Manager (CSM) to deliver Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to customers, presenting executive-level reports and insights that facilitate long-term account health and expansion opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an information security practitioner or consulting role.

• Comprehensive knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliance, and standards.

• Profound understanding of all cyber operations and cybersecurity capability requirements and their influence on organization-wide cyber preparedness and responsiveness.

• Capability to design and implement a variety of people-centric cybersecurity programs.

• Experience in delivering technical presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.

• Proficiency in IT fundamentals, including computer hardware/software, databases, networking, security, and software development.

• Practical experience with Blue Team/Red Team operational requirements using Windows and Linux operating systems, security tools (IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, SIEM), and public cloud environments.
