This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Diagnose and resolve a variety of technical incidents for Acronis customers and partners.
• Develop and nurture robust relationships with customers and partners.
• Collaborate with Engineering (Development, QA, Data Center Operations, etc.) and Business (Professional Services, Product Management, etc.) teams to effectively address complex technical issues faced by customers.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members by sharing technical knowledge and effective communication techniques.
• Contribute to the creation of documentation, knowledge bases, and technical articles related to Acronis products.
• Serve as a technical authority on cloud and hybrid datacenter solutions developed by Acronis.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an infrastructure support engineer role.
• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus (Spanish, French, Portuguese, German).
• Extensive hands-on experience with administration and troubleshooting across various Linux distributions.
• Outstanding communication skills combined with a customer-oriented approach.
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve non-standard, complex technical challenges.
• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or an equivalent certification is considered a minimum requirement.
• Experience in traffic inspection, routing, and bandwidth analysis.
• Familiarity with enterprise-level virtualization or container technologies such as VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, KVM, or Virtuozzo.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
