This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Take ownership of the monthly data-quality reporting cycle concerning vulnerability, asset, product, and remediation records.
• Create, test, and enhance AI-driven workflows to identify, classify, and rectify data-quality defects on a large scale, incorporating human review and documented validation.
• Maintain and update libraries of prompts, scripts, and workflows to ensure reproducible and auditable AI-assisted remediation efforts.
• Align business intelligence reporting data with authoritative vulnerability scan data and resolve discrepancies at the record level.
• Investigate and validate vulnerability and asset ownership, manage corrections, and ensure accuracy in reporting-period ownership.
• Define, develop, and deliver new reporting and ad hoc analytical research for program and client leadership.
• Create and develop metrics, scoring algorithms, and dashboards from the ground up, iterating with stakeholders throughout the process.
• Facilitate the transition of mature analytics products to operational teams by providing documentation, training, and support post-transition.
• Collaborate with vulnerability lifecycle operations teams to trace data defects back to their process origins and suggest upstream corrections.
• Generate audit-ready documentation that outlines analytical methods, data lineage, and reporting definitions.
• Assist with additional analytical, reporting, and program improvement initiatives as assigned.
• Carry out other responsibilities as needed.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in data analysis, data science, business intelligence, security analytics, IT operations reporting, or a related discipline.
• Recent graduates and candidates with relevant internship experience, coursework, or completion of a data analytics or cybersecurity boot camp will also be considered.
• Proven ability to work with large, imperfect data sets, merging data from multiple sources, identifying duplicates and gaps, and reconciling records between inconsistent systems.
• Expertise in constructing reports and dashboards, including data modeling and calculated measures.
• Advanced Excel proficiency for data comparison and analysis, including lookups, pivot tables, and conditional logic.
• Ability to utilize AI tools effectively and independently design, test, and refine prompts for analytical and data-remediation tasks, including verifying AI output with human oversight.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, including vulnerabilities, patching, CVEs, CVSS scoring, and foundational risk concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey analytical methods and results to non-technical and leadership audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, dependable follow-through, and the ability to handle multiple concurrent workstreams in accordance with a fixed reporting schedule.
• An Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
