This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take full responsibility for designated accounts, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while safeguarding the interests of both the client and Avaya.
• Optimize opportunities by steering the customer planning process.
• Lead virtual account teams to formulate strategies that achieve balanced growth, sustained account engagement, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop precise forecasts based on both short-term and long-term growth strategies.
• Maintain enduring strategic partnerships at the executive level.
• Act as the primary client contact for all customers.
• Conduct both short-term and long-term strategic account planning to improve the quality of the sales pipeline, accelerate revenue generation, and enhance the customer purchasing experience.
• Consistently meet or surpass annual sales goals, fostering revenue growth and ensuring business success.
• Over 5 years of executive-level experience in enterprise UCaaS or CCaaS sales.
• Demonstrated success in managing and expanding customer accounts with a history of exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to establish and cultivate trusted advisor relationships with key influencers and decision-makers, including C-level executives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions to meet client needs.
• Proven ability to lead virtual teams and work effectively together.
• Strategic thinker with robust planning and forecasting skills.
• Language proficiency: local languages and fluent English are essential.
