CX Intelligence Production Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Execute standardized workflows for Signal Report production utilizing approved AI skill libraries and reporting methodologies.

• Compile operational metrics, account data, and supporting intelligence inputs into structured deliverables for clients.

• Collaborate with stakeholders from CX Intelligence, Project Management, and Business Transformation to gather necessary report inputs and uphold production timelines.

• Oversee multiple reports concurrently while monitoring production status, review phases, dependencies, and delivery deadlines.

• Prepare draft reports for analytical evaluation and integrate approved revisions and feedback into final deliverables.

• Implement formatting, layout, quality control, and presentation standards to finalize reports before client delivery.

• Coordinate routing and approval workflows with project managers, account managers, and leadership stakeholders.

• Maintain organized tracking of reporting queues, production schedules, approvals, and updates on deliverable status.

• Identify workflow obstacles, production risks, or missing inputs and escalate issues as necessary.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting workflows, AI-assisted production processes, and consistency of deliverables.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting operations, client deliverables, and transformation initiatives.

• Comply with company policies and procedures.

• Achieve or surpass performance targets for relevant KPIs.

• Continuously enhance knowledge of products, services, and processes by engaging in training programs and ongoing learning modules.

• Collaborate with other departments as required.

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards customers and colleagues at all times.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in creating high-impact presentations using Google Slides and utilizing Claude (or similar advanced AI tools) to enhance writing, research, and content production workflows.

• Ability to convert complex data into narrative-driven Google Slides decks, with a focus on intuitive layout and flow to convey a compelling story.

• Experience in managing and enforcing master templates across collaborative teams to ensure visual and structural consistency when multiple authors contribute to a single deliverable.

• Demonstrated success in structuring and delivering content-heavy documents from initial brief to final production stage.

• Experience with AI tools in a writing or content production workflow, including the ability to recognize limitations and adjust outputs accordingly.

• Strong developmental editing capabilities, with the skill to audit, refine, and quality-check AI-generated drafts of diagnostic or technical reports.

• Proven ability to manage, prioritize, and deliver multiple complex deliverables simultaneously under tight deadlines.

• A disciplined personal quality-check process to ensure all deliverables are impeccable before submission to clients or senior reviewers.

• In-depth understanding of leveraging CX intelligence in a consulting or operational transformation context to provide actionable recommendations rather than merely interesting data points.

• Experience collaborating with analysts, consultants, and subject matter experts to integrate diverse inputs while maintaining a cohesive voice and high-quality standard throughout the document.
