CX Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Act as a key member of delivery teams focused on design, business case development, and testing.

• Create detailed design artifacts that encompass page, form, and service specifications.

• Engage in the detailed design process, which includes research, documentation, and writing.

• Support the facilitation of Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.

• Aid in aligning requirements with designs while ensuring traceability throughout the design phases.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to derive optimal solutions.

• Help manage client expectations through regular interactions with clients.

• Provide thought leadership to enhance business solutions for PTP customers.

• Assist clients in understanding proposed solutions and the business value they deliver.

• Collaborate with client teams to address comments and resolve issues.

• Contribute to controlling the design scope effectively.

• Write and execute test cases, which includes creating or sourcing test data.

• Take ownership of and drive the completion of project deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of business consulting experience, with at least 2 years on large-scale projects.

• Proficient in crafting page, form, and service designs utilizing Microsoft Word.

• Skilled in developing page mockups with Microsoft Visio.

• Experienced in tracking deliverables and tasks using Microsoft Excel.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Capability to run queries effectively.

• A proactive mindset to drive the completion of deliverables.

• Familiarity with large, complex client environments.

• Ability to formulate business strategies based on analytical skills and business acumen.

• Experience in participating in web application design sessions with client personnel.
