CX Associate – German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Resolve order-related issues and product inquiries through the customer interface platform, Facebook, and email

• Monitor shipments and manage backend shipping inquiries

• Perform general research tasks

• Update customer addresses and information

• Collaborate closely with the CX Lead to deliver exceptional customer support

• Act as a liaison between customers and the clinical team

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be fluent in both German and English, with the ability to express key conversational points clearly

• Availability to work on weekends or have flexible hours

• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Able to remain calm in uncertain and rapidly changing situations

• Resourceful and quick to learn; proficient in self-teaching necessary skills from the ground up
