This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Lead the marketing function focused on solutions and industries with a significant enterprise-wide impact.
• Establish the organizational direction, priorities, and operational model to meet corporate targets.
• Collaborate with high-level executives to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee frameworks, programs, and initiatives across various teams.
• Represent the marketing department in executive discussions and influence key strategic decisions.
• Define organizational imperatives and drive plans that support both short-term KPIs and long-term goals.
• Partner with marketing leaders, product management, and customer leaders to adopt a comprehensive 360-degree approach.
• Establish an external perspective on evolving market challenges and Blue Yonder solutions.
• Develop messaging and content frameworks and templates for sellers, buyers, partners, analysts, and other target audiences.
• Define and prioritize investments in multi-channel initiatives, including product launches.
• Drive innovative approaches that support mergers, acquisitions, and strategic exits when applicable.
• Analyze trends in AI usage to produce high-quality, brand-compliant messaging and content that demonstrates unique value.
• Consider changes in organizational design based on the impact of AI on go-to-market strategies.
• Maintain exceptional standards of quality, consistency, compliance, and customer orientation.
• Act as an internal and external spokesperson for analysts, media, industry experts, partners, and customers.
• Over 15 years of experience in software industry marketing.
• An ideal blend of technical and business expertise, including consulting and product marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chains and the enabling technologies that support them.
• Ability to articulate value to C-suite stakeholders in finance, IT, security, and supply chain sectors.
• Strong collaboration skills within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Proven track record of marketing success in cloud software/services, SaaS, and AI-native companies.
• Understanding of how AI influences pricing and packaging strategies.
• Significant experience managing teams of over 20 marketers.
• Exceptional listening, verbal, written communication, and presentation abilities.
• Capacity to influence individuals at all organizational levels and across various functions.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, motivate, mentor, coach, develop, and retain high-performing product marketing and technical marketing teams.
• Ability to establish credibility through speaking engagements, technology publications, and related activities is a plus.
