This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Drive the conversion from registration to purchase by implementing triggered post-quiz, paywall-abandonment, and onboarding sequences across email, SMS, and web push.
• Take ownership of first-purchase activation within the initial 7 days.
• Differentiate renewal sequences based on plan tiers (1, 3, or 6 months).
• Develop pre-cancellation intervention flows that include pause offers, plan-switching options, and value reminders based on captured cancellation reasons.
• Influence the month-1 rebill rate, the most critical metric in our subscription economics.
• Create a reactivation engine for the canceled cohort through email and SMS, personalized according to the reason for cancellation and tenure.
• Recover revenue from a currently dormant base caused by deliverability issues.
• Lead the customer relationship management (CRM)-driven pathway to add-on products (Resume Review, Resume Builder), focusing on timing, segmentation, copy, and channel.
• Oversee the transition from our current Email Service Provider (ESP) to our selected omnichannel platform.
• Maintain and enhance the email domain reputation.
• Establish SMS as a primary channel, ensuring compliance with US regulations.
• Implement web push notifications and orchestrate cross-channel flows (email → SMS → push cascades).
• Execute incremental measurement strategies with holdouts for every flow.
• A minimum of 3 years experience managing customer value management (CVM)/lifecycle programs specifically in the US market.
• At least 5 years of overall experience in CRM/lifecycle/CVM, including at least one role where you owned the function from start to finish.
• Practical experience operating an enterprise omnichannel platform, with a strong preference for Maestra; experience with Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or Klaviyo is also relevant.
• Proven hands-on experience in launching SMS as a marketing channel in the US.
• Solid, hands-on experience in launching web push notifications and measuring their effectiveness.
• Proficient in SQL, capable of pulling your own segments and validating your own data.
• A subscription-business mindset: you think in terms of lifetime value (LTV)/payer, payback periods, retention curves, and cohorts — rather than just opens and clicks.
• A history of generating measurable incremental revenue through CRM initiatives.
• A proactive approach with a bias toward action.
• Clear mandate and ownership from day one. You will be the function, not just a contributor.
• The economics are highly leveraged — even a 5-percentage-point increase in month-1 rebill can significantly impact the company's bottom line.
• Direct collaboration with the CMO, CEO, and Growth PM, ensuring minimal layers and political barriers.
• A market where your contributions are directly visible to users actively searching for their next job — outcomes that you can genuinely feel.
