Customization Specialist, Part Time, Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Processes shipping requests for ordering loaner devices

• Assigns requests based on templates

• Oversees the team Inbox and generates device update requests

• Executes the playbook for Transfer Progress

• Utilizes HubSpot CRM to monitor and fulfill assigned tasks, documenting all pertinent information

• Manages responsibilities with priority and actively follows up on tasks

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Preferably 1 year of experience in an office or administrative role
