This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Conduct research on diverse travel destinations and assess client needs regarding pricing, cultural norms, weather conditions, reviews, and more.
• Analyze client specifications and recommend appropriate travel packages and/or services.
• Manage the travel process from start to finish.
• Provide travelers with essential information and valuable travel resources.
• Collect deposits and oversee client payment transactions.
• Utilize marketing strategies and create promotional materials to market itineraries and tour packages.
• Address unexpected challenges and evaluate eligibility for credits/refunds.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders.
• Maintain financial records and documentation.
• Seek assistance and guidance when necessary.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must have access to a reliable internet connection through a computer or smartphone.
• Must be available to participate in live and recorded training sessions and meetings.
• Must be self-driven, maintain a positive outlook, and be eager to learn and adapt.
• Must be capable of working independently while also having a passion for travel and a desire to help others create memorable experiences.
