This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide on-site training at client facilities prior to, during, and after AMP Clarity go-lives, encompassing point-of-sale operations, membership sales processes, daily system usage, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Conduct engaging and accessible training sessions tailored for site managers, cashiers, greeters, and tunnel staff.
• Perform follow-up visits and refresher training sessions either onsite or virtually after the transition.
• Develop and maintain quick-reference guides, standard operating procedures, job aids, and onboarding materials.
• Revise training content as AMP Clarity introduces new features and workflows.
• Assess and enhance customer-facing documentation and support procedures.
• Act as a reliable resource for client team members throughout transitions.
• Ensure a consistent AMP brand experience during every site visit.
• Collect field feedback and relay it to Implementation, Product, and Account Management teams.
• Organize training schedules in alignment with go-live timelines and site preparedness.
• Collaborate with AMP Support regarding launch transitions and troubleshooting resources.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, including multi-day on-site assignments.
• Proven experience in delivering engaging and comprehensible training to frontline or hourly teams.
• Strong documentation skills with the ability to distill complex workflows into clear and concise materials.
• Proficiency in standard documentation and presentation software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Capability to create polished, visual job aids; experience with Canva, Adobe, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Exhibits patience, warmth, and credibility with site-level personnel.
• Ability to thoroughly learn software to teach it, troubleshoot common issues, and clarify workflow rationale.
• Excellent organizational abilities and self-motivation.
• Capacity to independently manage travel schedules and site readiness.
• Outstanding writing and communication skills.
• Comfortable leading training sessions, large meetings, and handling difficult conversations.
• Experienced in working under pressure and managing multiple stakeholder expectations.
• Previous car wash operating experience is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with a Learning Management System (LMS) is a plus.
• Background in supporting software transitions, POS conversions, or technology rollouts is beneficial.
• Instructional design experience or knowledge of adult learning principles is advantageous.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or Gamma is a plus.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
