Customer Training Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of delivering engaging customer training through both virtual and face-to-face formats.

• Conduct practical in-person training sessions at customer locations.

• Facilitate virtual training courses for clients who are remote.

• Assess training requirements and tailor materials in collaboration with the Training Content Lead.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Product, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to ensure training aligns with the latest platform functionalities.

• Track customer progress, modify delivery methods in real-time, and offer follow-up support.

• Collect feedback after training sessions and refine the training methodology accordingly.

• Work together with the Director of Training and Support, the Training Content Lead, and internal subject matter experts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in direct customer training for a sophisticated technical enterprise software solution.

• Proven experience in training clients on complex, technical software applications.

• Familiarity with modeling or BIM software is highly advantageous.

• Strong emotional intelligence along with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct both in-person and virtual classroom-style training sessions.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to customer sites throughout the U.S.

• Capability to adapt training materials to suit various customers and audiences.

• Resourceful, adaptable mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for facilitating learning.

• Proactive and detail-oriented in solving problems.

• Knowledge of AI tools for creating content and training materials is a significant advantage.

• BIM experience information must be included in the application form.
