This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take overall charge of successful planning, execution, monitoring, and promoting post-sales client education; this role requires direct interaction with clients and partners as well as internal teams, which may involve travel for on-site meetings.
• Assess and analyze client training requirements, collaborating with marketing to craft and deliver training materials that ensure all brokers and groups are well-informed about the SmithRx offerings.
• Work in collaboration with organizational units and both internal and external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop training programs that are in line with competencies and strategic learning goals.
• Design, develop, and execute enablement training for our clients and customer success teams across various settings.
• Facilitate the implementation and acceptance of existing programs and tools as well as the introduction of new programs and tools through comprehensive training and education.
• Execute administrative responsibilities such as scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and managing enrollment processes.
• Communicate updates effectively with internal teams and leadership to ensure the successful deployment of content, while also promoting collaboration and continuity across projects.
• Ensure that all milestones and learning objectives are achieved and delivered punctually, within scope and budget constraints.
• Monitor and regularly report key training metrics to assess the effectiveness of all training and development initiatives.
• Gather feedback from the business to continually enhance enablement efforts.
• Adapt to various learning styles and engage the audience using proven, progressive learning methodologies.
• Build strong relationships and partner with client stakeholders to foster ownership and enhance product adoption.
• This role requires up to 40% travel.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success and client education success or enablement is essential.
• Proficient in curriculum development, training content creation, and delivery of course material through pre-recorded sessions, in-person, and virtual instructor-led online training.
• Exceptional skills in managing cross-functional relationships.
• Expertise in PowerPoint, capable of creating visually engaging presentations for partners.
• A proactive, creative, self-disciplined thinker with strategic insight.
• Comfortable communicating with individuals across various roles and adapting to diverse environments.
• Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple and shifting priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
