This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Facilitate training programs for the da Vinci® Surgical System aimed at surgical teams in both designated and remote training centers.
• Lead and assist in Specialized training initiatives and Society events.
• Conduct surveys to collect data and evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for internal projects as required.
• Participate in new product development.
• Develop training materials and protocols.
• Engage in training research initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Training team in a creative, reliable, and adaptable manner to enhance existing training programs.
• Educate the sales force in delivering in-services and enhancing system technology skills with customers regarding both new and established products.
• Provide occasional support for the da Vinci® System in hospital operating rooms.
• Assist with troubleshooting and maintenance of the da Vinci® Surgical System at the training center.
• Oversee training center logistics, manage inventory, and maintain training calendars.
• Ensure the upkeep of all capital equipment, including the cleaning and sterilization of instruments and accessories.
• Foster positive relationships between external training center personnel and ISI management.
• Contribute to the achievement of the organization’s quarterly goals.
• Acquire competency in areas such as da Vinci® System Technology, applications, advanced technology, and the OR Efficiency Training Pathway process.
• Function as a Medical Device Consultant (Medizinprodukteberater) in Austria and Germany after receiving the required training, providing guidance and support for the proper use of Intuitive medical devices.
• Maintain competency and stay current with technology training protocols according to onboarding program guidelines and annual competency assessments.
• Utilize training and coaching techniques and methodologies.
• Travel may be necessary.
• Professional training experience is preferred.
• Clinical and/or operating room experience is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and high capacity for complex tasks.
