Customer Trainee

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Contacting employees of our customers to ensure they are fulfilling their job responsibilities.

• Preparing reports and relaying the information to your supervisor.

• Highly driven individual capable of working independently.

• Proficient in phone and computer skills is essential.

• Comfortable engaging in phone conversations.

• Strong verbal communication skills are required.

• Ability to articulate and explain information clearly.

• Basic proficiency in computer and internet usage is necessary.

• Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Access is advantageous.

• Experience with Email Mail Merge is beneficial.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
