Customer Technology Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete sales process, ensuring adherence to Kyndryl best practices while verifying quality and compliance.

• Assist in Consulting, Advisory, and Architecture activities throughout Sales and Pre-Sales, working closely with Customer Partners and Kyndryl Consult Partners.

• Recognize the complex business and technical needs of customers, utilizing capabilities to create successful cross-practice solutions.

• Craft lucrative deals by applying technical expertise and a thorough understanding of the specific domain.

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to produce effective responses and develop optimal technical solutions.

• Foster and maintain relationships with external alliance partners for co-created solutions.

• Create and present engaging demonstrations to illustrate the value of offerings to customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in Presales, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar customer-facing technical positions.

• Extensive knowledge in cloud technologies, Linux, networking, virtualization, and enterprise platforms, including software sales.

• Proven track record of increasing signings through software solutions and high-value service offerings.

• Experience in supporting technology and enterprise software sales across various industry sectors.

• Profound understanding of service offerings and technical solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to convert unique technical insights into actionable customer solutions.

• Previous experience in consultative selling.
