Customer Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and oversee the technical planning and execution of customer projects, which include greenfield, swap, migration, and software upgrade initiatives.

• Develop comprehensive high-level technical delivery plans for various solutions.

• Identify necessary products/applications and local third-party hardware/software requirements.

• Ensure compliance with the Scope of Work across all technical domains.

• Assist in ensuring that feature specifications are in alignment with the established reference architecture.

• Manage Domain Technical Managers and Architects effectively.

• Own, troubleshoot, report, and escalate any technical issues that arise.

• Act as the primary technical liaison for customers.

• Provide technical assistance to the Project Manager.

• Collaborate with Research and Development teams.

• Candidates must be based in Ukraine.

• Must possess the appropriate work permits for Ukraine.

• Demonstrated people management skills.

• Effective time management abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient problem-solving capabilities.

• Conflict resolution skills.

• Negotiation expertise.

• Experience in report writing.

• Technical expertise in telecommunications.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Over 10 years of experience in Telecommunications, with either an Operator or Provider.

• At least 5 years of experience with Nokia products and solutions.

• Minimum of 5 years in a technical management role focusing on Packet Core, IMS, or SDM.

• Project Management qualification is required.

• General end-to-end knowledge of 3GPP, 5G networks, call flows, and interfaces within a Telecoms network.

• Specific knowledge of multiple Nokia or equivalent operator solutions, including CMG, CMM, NRD, CFX, NTAS, A-SBC, I-SBC, MRF, MGW, bMSS, and/or vMSS.

• Higher education qualifications (BA, BSc, BEng, MA, MSc, MEng, PhD or equivalent).
