Customer System Provisioning Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Oversee, mentor, and lead a team of Customer System Provisioning Specialists; provide necessary coaching and performance feedback to enhance the onboarding department.

• Serve as the regional authority for SAP Fieldglass configurations.

• Ensure the complete integrity of site configurations from start to finish.

• Establish and track essential Onboarding Service Level Objectives (SLOs).

• Continuously improve the provisioning roadmap to boost efficiency, shorten "time-to-value," and elevate client satisfaction scores (CSAT).

• Develop and maintain a detailed hardware tracking database for all sites included within the project scope.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a client-facing role, including a minimum of 2 years in a management or leadership capacity.

• Advanced expertise in SAP Fieldglass and experience in managing intricate metadata structures/containers.

• Demonstrated capability to manage high-volume site launches while adhering to strict SLOs.

• Proficient in utilizing data-driven insights to identify obstacles and promote process enhancements.
