This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls in Turkish

• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner

• Keep precise records of customer interactions

• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction

• Refer complex cases to higher authorities when necessary


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Turkish – native or fluent

• English – B2 level or higher is an advantage

• Prior experience in customer support or call center roles is preferred

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting

• Dependable internet connection and proficient computer skills
