Customer Support (Travel) — German & English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Provide inbound customer assistance via phone and written communication within the travel industry.

• Support customers in planning their holidays and aid in sales initiatives.

• Offer guidance to customers regarding the client’s offerings.

• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction to promote repeat interactions.

• Manage call documentation and follow-up activities.

• Proficient in the German language, both in writing and speaking.

• Comfortable using standard CRM and telephony software, or possess a strong technical aptitude.

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment.

• Excellent communication abilities and a passion for proactive selling.

• Self-driven, disciplined, trustworthy, and capable of working independently (freelancer model).

• Availability to work shifts, including evenings and on-call responsibilities.

• A keen interest in travel-related topics is beneficial.
