This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manages client inquiries by collecting information through thoughtful questioning to determine the nature of the issue.
• Resolves product and training-related inquiries.
• Provides support and training to clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Records the issue in Salesforce and suggests a solution.
• Remains informed about Meevo product knowledge and internal business processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or Associate's degree is preferred.
• Dependable Internet Service Provider is essential.
• Exceptional communication skills are required.
• 0-5 years of experience in a customer service-related position.
• Must be tech savvy.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus!
