This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Deliver outstanding customer support via email while assisting 40-60 users daily.
• Identify and escalate requests to the Quality Assurance and Development teams to enhance the overall quality of Readdle products.
• Compile product overviews by gathering and analyzing customer needs, user experiences, and workflows.
• Play a role in team initiatives aimed at maintaining the quality of Readdle products.
• Cultivate and sustain deep product knowledge while keeping abreast of industry trends to provide exceptional service.
• Ensure our end-user product documentation is consistently updated.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced skills in business communication.
