This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Deliver tailored customer support for Skylight Calendar and Frame users
• Interact with customers via high-volume phone calls, chat, email, and social media platforms
• Assist with escalated customer concerns related to intricate hardware and software issues
• Participate in project-oriented tasks as necessary to improve customer satisfaction
• Over 2 years of experience in high-volume, front-line customer service
• Familiarity with Zendesk or a comparable CRM platform
• Excellent communication abilities through email, phone, and chat
• Prior experience in a dynamic startup environment
• Dependable Wi-Fi connection
• Proficient in using a Mac and familiar with Slack
• 64 hours of sick leave accrued annually
• Company-provided laptop upon hiring
