This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Deliver customer support primarily via chat, with occasional email or phone communication as required.
β’ Assist users with step-by-step guidance on utilizing the platform.
β’ Address inquiries and resolve common issues effectively.
β’ Clearly articulate features in straightforward terms.
β’ Refer more complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or BPO roles.
β’ Proven experience in assisting English-speaking customers.
β’ Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential β you should feel at ease speaking directly with clients when required.
β’ Ability to quickly learn new systems.
β’ Skilled at explaining concepts in a simple, step-by-step manner.
β’ Patient, supportive, and detail-oriented.
β’ Fully remote / home-based employment.
β’ Monthly salary range: PHP 35,000 β 40,000.
