• Proven experience in assisting English-speaking customers.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential — you should feel at ease speaking directly with clients when required.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Skilled at explaining concepts in a simple, step-by-step manner.
• Patient, supportive, and detail-oriented.
• Fully remote / home-based employment.
• Monthly salary range: PHP 35,000 – 40,000.
