This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries related to products.
• Manage incoming calls, callback requests, and email communications.
• Conduct test scenarios or remote sessions with customers as required, utilizing both Italian and English.
• Take responsibility for user issues and proactively resolve customer challenges.
• Record customer inquiries and issues in Salesforce for tracking purposes.
• Collect information from customers and systems to investigate issues, collaborating with higher-level support when necessary.
• Work autonomously and in conjunction with other teams to address complex problems.
• Outstanding communication skills are crucial, with the ability to convey information effectively in both written and verbal forms in Italian and English, and simplify complex concepts for all customers.
• Prior experience in customer-facing IT support, particularly in configuring and troubleshooting software and hardware.
• Strong focus on troubleshooting and analytical skills, alongside the capability to prioritize tasks and learn new technologies quickly.
• A collaborative team player who shares best practices, embraces changes positively, and manages time efficiently.
