Customer Support Specialist – Incident Resolution

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Address issues raised by retail and corporate clients through our CRM platform.

• Offer knowledgeable guidance on our products and booking processes.

• Interact with suppliers, hotels, and clients through both email and phone communications.

• Effectively utilize CRM systems along with our internal databases.

• Provide advice to clients: Offer knowledgeable guidance on our products and booking processes.

• Effective communication: Interact with suppliers, hotels, and clients through both email and phone communications.

• Proficient in systems: Effectively utilize CRM systems along with our internal databases.

• English proficiency: Upper Intermediate level (both spoken and written).

• Soft skills: Display kindness, empathy, resilience under stress, politeness, and responsibility.

• Quick learning: Demonstrate the ability to learn swiftly while remaining focused on results.

• Technical requirements: Possess a functioning computer and microphone.

• Travel knowledge: Familiarity with the travel industry and booking systems is a plus!
