This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Managing customer inquiries in German through phone, email, and chat
• Diagnosing account or technical problems and escalating issues when necessary
• Ensuring precise documentation and prompt follow-up
• Upholding a high level of customer satisfaction
• Proficient in German at C2 / Native level
• Proficient in English at B2 or above
• Valid EU passport or work permit for Greece
• Willingness to work on-site or remotely with rotating shifts (Monday–Sunday, based on the project)
• Commitment to relocate to Greece at least one week prior to the start date (for on-site positions)
