Customer Support Specialist, French and English Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Addressing customer inquiries concerning our products by managing inbound calls, callback requests, and email communications.

• Initiating testing scenarios or remote sessions with customers as required, in both French and English.

• Taking responsibility for user issues and adopting a proactive approach in resolving them.

• Recording customer inquiries and issues in Salesforce for tracking and resolution purposes.

• Collecting information from customers and systems to troubleshoot issues with assistance from advanced support.

• Operating both independently and collaboratively with various teams to tackle complex challenges while consistently enhancing knowledge and skills to ensure an exceptional customer experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills are vital, with the ability to convey information effectively both in writing and verbally in French and English.

• Prior experience in customer-facing IT support, including assisting with the configuration and troubleshooting of software and hardware.

• Strong focus on troubleshooting and analytical abilities.

• Capability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

• Willingness to learn new technologies swiftly.

• A collaborative team player who shares best practices, embraces changes positively, and manages time effectively.

• Ambition to leverage the growth opportunities at GoTo and to develop a career in IT, customer service, or another technology-oriented field.
