• Assist the DX lead in crafting and enhancing digital journeys.

• Refine configurations in Zendesk or Zapier to remove obstacles.
• Work collaboratively to outline comprehensive digital journeys.
• Develop cases for automation based on data analysis and assess outcomes.
• Practical experience in managing automation and AI within a customer experience framework.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Zendesk or Shopify.
• Ability to critically assess trends and engage in thoughtful experimentation.
• Strong skills in building internal relationships, storytelling, and influencing through data.
