This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Deliver exceptional customer support through email communications, ensuring timely, informative, and professional replies.
• Manage escalated issues and complex situations while upholding a high standard of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with various departments (product, marketing, and technology) to address issues and enhance the customer experience.
• Monitor and evaluate customer feedback to discover trends and suggest actionable enhancements.
• Assist in the development and refinement of support processes and policies.
• Aid in the onboarding and training of new team members as required.
• Compile regular reports on support performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Work structured shifts with days off on Monday and Tuesday, with daily shifts from 07:00 to 15:00 or 15:00 to 23:00.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer support position.
• Excellent written communication skills in English (B2 level or above).
• Capability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and thrive in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or equivalent platforms).
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach with an emphasis on providing an outstanding customer experience.
