This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all Polish-speaking customers.
• Evaluate and understand customers' needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Support customers in managing and securing their accounts and passwords.
• Address customers’ post-sales inquiries related to the online store.
• Provide top-notch support to clientele.
• Handle a significant volume of incoming calls and emails.
• Foster long-lasting relationships and trust with customer accounts.
• Manage customer complaints and offer suitable solutions.
• Proficient in Polish, at a native or near-native level, with strong English skills.
• Technologically adept, inquisitive, and skilled in problem-solving.
• Capable of identifying technical issues and proposing immediate solutions to clients.
• Able to provide structured assistance to customers in an engaging manner.
• Holder of a High School Diploma.
• Willingness to work night and weekend shifts, if necessary.
• Strong active listening skills.
• Previous experience in customer support is a plus.
