This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Address customer inquiries through email, live chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary
• Keep precise records of customer interactions within the support system
• Recognize recurring issues and communicate them to the team for process enhancements
• Assist in developing content for the help center and FAQs
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer support or client-facing position
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to remain patient and empathetic, effectively de-escalating challenging conversations
• Knowledge of support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
• Full-time, permanent remote opportunity
• Necessary equipment will be provided
