β€’ Develop and oversee customer-oriented tasks that require specific documents, information, or actions.

β€’ Compose clear and concise task descriptions, detailing exactly what is required, the reason behind it, and the preferred format.

β€’ Actively monitor and promptly address customer feedback, resolving issues independently before seeking further assistance.

β€’ Facilitate the exchange of documents and information between customers and internal teams, ensuring precision and preventing redundancy.

β€’ Keep track of ongoing tasks, follow up on pending items, and complete work independently without needing reminders.

β€’ Recognize discrepancies (such as incorrect addresses, mismatched names, or duplicates) and address or flag them proactively.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Outstanding written communication skills – all messages must be clear, grammatically correct, and free from typographical errors.

β€’ Exceptional attention to detail – accurately managing names, addresses, dates, and document types is crucial.

β€’ Self-sufficiency and resourcefulness – ability to locate answers utilizing available tools and documentation prior to escalating issues.

β€’ Capability to navigate ambiguity – make informed decisions in situations lacking clear guidelines and articulate reasoning effectively.

β€’ Clear and structured communication – document tasks with specific details: who, what, actions taken, and next steps.

β€’ Efficiency without compromising quality – tasks should progress swiftly without delays or oversights.

β€’ Previous experience in customer support, administrative coordination, or other detail-oriented positions.

β€’ Familiarity with collections, billing follow-ups, or accounts receivable processes is strongly preferred.
