This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Engage with users through social media and live chat, demonstrating empathy, clarity, and promptness.
• Diagnose issues concurrently across various platforms.
• Oversee transactions to identify any suspicious or unusual activities.
• Aid in the resolution of chargebacks and disputes.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop strategies for fraud prevention.
• Support our product team in identifying and addressing bugs by submitting detailed bug tickets.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably in customer service or support positions.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Must be proactive, inquisitive, and willing to learn about various topics.
• Comfortable interacting with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and cultures.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.
• Highly organized and attentive to detail.
• Capable of managing and resolving conflicts with diplomacy and empathy.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills, focusing on rapid resolution.
