This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Troubleshoot and address inquiries from our customers, mainly via chat and occasionally through phone calls.
• Continuously enhance your knowledge of the Mangomint product and the industry to provide expert support and answers.
• Collaborate with various teams to identify and resolve technical issues reported by customers.
• Document and disseminate common customer issues and their solutions.
• Offer personalized solutions and proactive follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Work Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm Pacific Time (PT) or Mountain Time (MT).
• At least 1 year of experience in a software support role.
• A quick learner with a proactive “I’ll figure it out” attitude, while also being comfortable asking questions.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• You excel at solving complex challenges, even under pressure.
• A sincere passion for connecting with individuals from various backgrounds, treating everyone with respect and kindness.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Experience in salons and spas (or the beauty and wellness sector in general) would be highly advantageous.
