Customer Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Delivers exceptional customer support by addressing escalated customer inquiries and complaints.

• Handles the highest volume of incoming calls and correspondence.

• Negotiates alternative warranty options with manufacturers on behalf of customers.

• Recognizes product trends and relays concerns to the quality team.

• Works collaboratively with stores, merchandising, and other operational departments to efficiently resolve issues.

• Manages subcontractor invoices.

• Identifies and rectifies discrepancies.

• Arranges service appointments.

• Generates reports on warranty and repair services using Storis, the Company Intranet systems, and various web-based systems.

• Engages with internal and external personnel in a professional and timely manner.

• Maintains accurate files and processes to optimize productivity.

• Addresses open work orders that require resolution.

• Provides additional support as needed.

• Performs other assigned duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or a combination of education and experience equivalent.

• Prior clerical experience is preferred.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication, along with strong listening abilities.

• Basic reading and comprehension skills are necessary.

• Basic numerical reasoning skills are required.

• Ability to complete paperwork accurately, neatly, and efficiently.

• Proficient in software applications, including Microsoft Office.

• Excellent organizational capabilities.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity and proven ability to use Storis, Ring Central Phone System, Package AI Routing Software, and Company Intranet systems are preferred.
