This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assisting customers with onboarding processes and responding to information inquiries through effective and professional communication.
• Executing account opening and closing procedures, including ISA transfers.
• Providing support for various client communication channels, such as our forum and social media platforms.
• Possessing in-depth knowledge of our services and capable of articulating this information to customers in a clear and precise manner.
• Overseeing workflow queues and managing mailboxes efficiently.
• Taking prompt and suitable actions to resolve complaints.
• Collaborating effectively with various departments within the organization.
• Ensuring that all activities related to client service adhere strictly to the firm's processes and procedures concerning AML and KYC obligations.
• Comprehending the regulatory requirements associated with Financial Crime, Advice, Complaints, and Treating Customers Fairly.
• Proficient command of English.
• Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Capacity to take initiative and work autonomously.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• A procedural and controls-oriented mindset with the ability to identify process improvements.
• Experience working with Helpdesk systems (we utilize Zendesk).
