This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
• Deliver outstanding customer service through email, live chat, and social media platforms.
• Guarantee a smooth transaction experience across our marketplace consistently.
• Proactively address and resolve customer issues to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Sustain and/or elevate your team’s Customer Support Metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement strategies for improvement and growth.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience providing support to clients or users through email, phone, live chat, bots, or social media.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills are mandatory for all positions.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Spanish, alongside English, is essential for LATAM-facing roles only.
• A strong sense of urgency and a commitment to clear, timely communication with both users and teammates.
• Capability to effectively prioritize tasks and achieve results as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules based on business requirements, including evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary for the markets you cover.
