This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take ownership of and manage two key email inboxes, ensuring prompt replies.
• Review negative feedback and actively engage with customers.
• Oversee and participate in social media interactions.
• Administer subscriptions using Recharge and work to prevent cancellations.
• Resolve issues related to lost or delayed shipments through ShipBob.
• Monitor ticket metrics and compile organized weekly reports.
• Experience in e-commerce customer support.
• Proficient in backend navigation within Shopify.
• Knowledge of subscription processes and adjustments in Recharge.
• Familiarity with ShipBob or comparable shipping/logistics fulfillment software.
• Experience from specialized e-commerce or retail BPO campaigns.
• A supportive and growth-focused remote work atmosphere.
• Engaging in proactive outreach and meaningful communication with customers.
