This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.
β’ Manage incoming interactions for prominent brands, providing assistance to customers with inquiries, service requests, account needs, and product support.
β’ Utilize guided systems and resources to ensure exceptional customer care while upholding professionalism, accuracy, and brand consistency.

β’ Possess a high school diploma or GED.
β’ Must be at least 18 years old.
β’ Authorized to work in the United States.
β’ U.S. resident (excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI).
β’ Capable of following detailed processes and meeting performance standards.
β’ Excellent communication and active listening skills.
β’ Comfortable using computer applications and web-based tools.
β’ Ability to work independently and stay accountable to schedules.
β’ Preferred: Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
β’ Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not mandatory.
β’ Familiarity with phone-based or computer-based support settings.
