Customer Support Representative – Phone Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming interactions for prominent brands.

• Provide assistance to customers regarding inquiries, service requests, account requirements, and product support.

• Utilize guided systems and resources to deliver exceptional customer care.

• Uphold professionalism, accuracy, and brand consistency.

• Fulfill client-specific assessments and certification prerequisites prior to initiating service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a high school diploma or GED.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

• U.S. resident, excluding those from CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI.

• Capability to adhere to detailed processes and achieve performance standards.

• Excellent communication and active listening abilities.

• Proficient in navigating computer applications and web-based tools.

• Ability to work independently while being accountable for schedules.

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service is preferable.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with phone-based or computer-based support environments.

• Completion of a multi-step onboarding process, which includes client-specific assessments, a basic background check, and a certification course before service commencement.
