Customer Service Representative – Inbound Calls

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

• Manage inbound communications for prominent brands.

• Provide assistance to customers regarding inquiries, service requests, account requirements, and product support.

• Utilize guided systems and resources to ensure top-notch customer service.

• Uphold professionalism, precision, and adherence to brand standards.

• Complete client-specific evaluations, a basic background check, and a certification course prior to commencing service.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• U.S. residency is required (excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI).

• Ability to adhere to detailed procedures and achieve performance benchmarks.

• Excellent communication and active listening skills are essential.

• Comfortable with navigating computer applications and web-based tools.

• Ability to work independently while being accountable to schedules.

• Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.

• Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are preferred but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with phone-based or computer-based support settings is beneficial.

• Completion of a comprehensive onboarding process, which includes client-specific assessments, a basic background check, and participation in a certification course before service begins.
