This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues through online chat, email, and phone communications.
• Identify customer needs and ascertain the underlying causes of their concerns.
• Recommend and clarify the most effective solutions, followed by appropriate follow-up.
• Maintain compliance and ensure responsible texting practices for customers.
• Create high-quality help documentation.
• Report bugs to the technical support team for further investigation.
• Participate in specialized projects as assigned.
• Become a skilled user of SimpleTexting.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in live chat customer support within a software/SaaS environment (or equivalent).
• Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
• Proven critical thinking, communication, and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Quick learner with the capacity to adapt to new software platforms.
• Self-motivated with a positive mindset, eager to grow and adapt within an expanding team.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
• Familiarity with chat and CRM platforms is required.
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a relevant field of study.
• Over 2 years of experience in a customer support role.
