This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner to resolve their inquiries and concerns.
• Provide detailed information regarding dental services, procedures, and related questions.
• Effectively schedule and manage client appointments, coordinating with dental professionals and staff to ensure optimal scheduling.
• Assist clients with questions related to insurance, verify coverage, and supply necessary information to facilitate smooth payment processing.
• Promptly and effectively address and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive outcome and high customer satisfaction.
• Cultivate and maintain a thorough understanding of dental products, services, and procedures to assist customers more effectively.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database.
• Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions for future reference and ongoing improvement.
• Collaborate closely with dental professionals and administrative staff to ensure a coordinated and seamless customer service experience.
• Actively engage in team meetings and training sessions as required to remain informed about updates and improvements in service protocols.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within a dental environment.
• Familiarity with dental procedures, terminology, and insurance processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using customer service software and office applications.
