• Address and resolve customer support inquiries through Intercom.

• Work collaboratively with the wider team on escalations to the Product and Engineering departments.
• 2–5 years of experience in customer support, preferably within a SaaS or marketplace environment.
• Strong proficiency in written English — clear, friendly, and effective communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous-first setting.
• Detail-oriented, particularly when managing billing disputes, fraud cases, or other sensitive customer matters.
• Familiarity with Intercom or similar customer support tools is advantageous.
• A genuine interest in the fitness or creator industry is a plus.
