This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Address and resolve customer support inquiries through Intercom.
β’ Provide assistance with credit card dispute resolutions and fraud investigations.
β’ Enhance and maintain help center articles along with internal support documentation.
β’ Facilitate product launches and the rollout of new features through user education and in-product messaging.
β’ Work collaboratively with the wider team on escalations to the Product and Engineering departments.
β’ 2β5 years of experience in customer support, preferably within a SaaS or marketplace environment.
β’ Strong proficiency in written English β clear, friendly, and effective communication.
β’ Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous-first setting.
β’ Detail-oriented, particularly when managing billing disputes, fraud cases, or other sensitive customer matters.
β’ Familiarity with Intercom or similar customer support tools is advantageous.
β’ A genuine interest in the fitness or creator industry is a plus.
